Construction on the the Grant Road Improvement Project is not schedualed to begin until 2013. I know that sounds like quite sometime, but trust me, it will be here before you know it. This project is going to affect hundreds of businesses and many neighborhoods. And, I don't suppose it's going to make my rush hour commute home down Speedway everyday any easier, as drivers look for alternate routes home...

On the right hand side of the page you'll find a link for maps in which you can see what properties will probably be condemned. I say probably because this plan has not been approved by the City yet. So, If you want to have a say in how your business, home or neighborhood will be affected, be sure to attend the next meeting for the phase of the project that concerns you.

Hey Everyone! Below, you will find the Long Realty Housing Report for Tucson as of November. It looks like inventory levels have decrease a bit since this time last year... Investors are definitely buying right now! Once they clean out all of the excess inventory, we should see the market gain some strength! Home loan rates are as low as they've ever been, so now is a definitely a great time to be a buyer!

Ok. So, last time I posted a prediction for the U of A football team I was dead wrong... I had to eat my words, as USC wore the Cats down in the second half. However, I do still contend, that Arizona put up a great fight! Since then, the Wildcats have become "Bowl Game Eligible" for the first time in over a decade, with a big win over Washington St. last week.

This weekend, the Wildcat Nation has another big game in a very noisy stadium in Oregon, against the Ducks. Arizona has been running plays this last week in practice with the sound system blaring crowd noise and working on their silent play calling. We'll see if it pays off for the Cats... I think it will!

Veteran’s Day is Tuesday, November 11^th!

Just last week, we all had a chance to exercise a great freedom in this country, by going to the polls and voting for the next president of these United States.

Whether or not you liked the outcome, know that you had an extraordinary opportunity to have a say in the process.

This is just one of the many freedoms we have to be thankful for!

So this week, let’s all take time to give a special thanks to those that have given up either their lives, their health, or their valuable time to serve our country and keep these freedoms intact.

Three simple, yet powerful ways to give honor and say, “Thank You!”

<!-2. Pick up the phone and call.

<!-3. Stop by and give them a hug. (they’ll love this one, and so will you!)
