I just read a great post from KW Agent Michael Elliott touching on keeping your listings correct. He writes that NO one knows your listing like your Sellers and that they should be reviewing any and all items that are used to market their property.
I also like to keep my Sellers receiving the MLS listings on their competition so that they know what will be necessary to get their home sold. Some do not look......when they do not I know it will be an issue when it comes time to "tweak" their listing to keep it fresh and competitive.

My wife and I seem to be on completely different schedules these days. All the traveling (me w/my Consulting business) and her busy season with Conventions and their booth design - set up - marketing and all that goes with that.
We stole a few days in Palm Springs together in the middle of her west coast swing along w/dear friends.
Now back to the grind of a busy Real Estate weekend and looking forward to it.....Re-Charged!!!!!!!
