Chandler Real Estate - Are REO Properties a bargain compared to non-REO properties? From our current experience in the market, the bank-owned properties are in high demand, getting multiple bids. Especially in the 200K and under market, the offers are even above the list price and inline with the non-REO comparables.

However, looking at the Maricopa County graph comparing the REOs and non-REO price per square foot, one could come to the conclusion that REOS will sell for below non-REO homes. So, why is the average sqft for REOs less? My thought is that there are many REOs that are in poor condition, atleast in poor condition compared to the non-REO homes. These REO properties in poor condition sell for less/sqft and therefore, reduce the overall price/sqft for REOs. What has been your experience in the market?

Chandler Restaurants - Great Chinese Food Take Out at Asian Grill. For some delicious and affordable Chinese food, visit Asian Grill in south Chandler, near the Ocotillo Master Planned Community. The hot and sour soup has just the right balance of sourness and spice/heat. We also love the Firecracker Shrimp. The shrimp are cooked in a brown spicy, (Cantonese style spicy) sauce. The shrimp are good size and there are plenty of them! Yum!

Another favorite dish is the House Special Lo Mein. It's a dish of scrumptious noodles with beef, chicken, shrimp and assorted vegetables.

Asian Grill does have a few tables in the restaurant if you want to eat there. It's a casual, modest family restaurant.

Give Asian Grill a try. If you order take out, the food will be ready quickly...usually in 10 minutes.
