Catalina Shores is a wonderful neighboorhood in the Ocotillo Master Planned Community. Currently there are five homes for sale in this community with prices ranging from $399,900 to $695,000. The lowest price home is 2624 sqft with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths and a 3 car garage. It has been on the market for more than one year, but recently the house was relisted with a new agent.
The highest priced house in Catalina Shores is a basement home with 4107 sqft with 5 bedrooms and 3.5 baths, with a 3 car garage. The backyard has a pool, spa and fireplace.

Catalina Shores in Chandler Arizona is a wonderful gated community of 85 single-story, single family homes, each carefully planned as part of the Ocotillo Master planned community.
