Home sales price per square foot experieced a slight decrease while and days on the market continue to increase. Over all there was a ~1.38% deacrease in price per square foot for home sales in Round Rock compared to the same time last year (month of March). It may take longer to sell the homes on the market as inventory is rising and homes need to be absorbed.
