Sales of homes in this neighborhood show a slight increase in price per square foot when compared to last year - -Days on the market decreased slightly from last year. Lots of value to be found in this neighborhood and a new Leander ISD elementary school on the horizon for 2008!

Lakeling Ranch home sales are still going strong! Last month Homes Sales continued to see appreciation in Lakeline Ranch. Comparing the price per square foot of homes sold in 2007 to homes sold in 2006 shows ~7.33% increase although days on the market increased in comparison. That said -while things may have to wait a little longer on the market to sell -this just means there are more homes to choose from in this great Leander neighborhood!!
Residential homes in Leander are a great investment....whether you are wanting to move up or if you are a first time buyer its clear there are advantages to owning your own home!
