On Top of the World in Clearwater Florida Condo Sales Statistics for September 2009
On Top of the World is a 55+ retirement community located in beautiful Clearwater, Florida and offers convenient access to U.S. Highway 19 as well as to downtown Dunedin and Clearwater Beach.
A few people have asked me about On Top of the World so I am posting this information for them here.
By the way there are approximately 1,000 condos in On Top of the World which will give you an idea how large the community is which is spread out over a large area off of Sunset Point Road in Clearwater, Florida. I have been watching the statistics and so far less than 10% of the condos have been on the market in any given month which in my professional opinion is a good sign.

In the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) realtors ® list it under “On Top of the World” under “Subdivision Name.”

Chelsea Place is a community that consists of approximately 144 single family homes in New Port Richey, Florida. Convenient to shopping, East Lake Road/McMullen Booth Road, Tampa Road, etc. this community offers convenience in a tranquil setting.
They have posted their deed restrictions online here for people to see as well as their by-laws here, 2008 Estimated Budget here, and minutes of their meetings from 2006 to 2009 here.
In the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) realtors ® list it under "Chelsea Place" under "Subdivision Name."
For September 2009 there are no homes in Chelsea Place that were listed in the MLS that sold.
However there is one home listed in the Multiple Listing Service that is a pending sale.

New Port Richey, Florida Cotee River Bike Fest October 9-11, 2009
The 5th Annual Cotee River Bike Fest will be held in Downtown New Port Richey at Sims Park from October 9th through October 11th, 2009:
October 9, Friday 5 p.m. to 10 p.m.
October 10, Saturday 9 a.m. to 10 p.m.
October 11, Sunday 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

They are also having a food drive.
Volunteer Way food bank is asking for the support of the biker community to help feed the hungry in our community. The will have a tent in Sims Park collecting canned food, diapers, baby food, toilet paper, laundry soap, etc.
If you are not able to bring food they will take a accept monetary donations. So please help with this growing need.
All funds collected will be used to buy food for the less fortunate in the community. Volunteer Way helps more than 10,000 West Pasco County families in need so your help in this food bank drive would be greatly appreciated.
