Tampa Bay Florida Homeowners Insurance Policy
The State of Florida is no longer funding inspections. However home owners of single family homes may receive a discount on their homeowners insurance if they get a Wind Mitigation Inspection.
Commerce Park Design and Construction LLC offers Wind Mitigation Inspections.
The inspection costs $150 and is good for 5 years and can save you thousands of dollars on your annual homeowners insurance policy:

Clearwater Beach, Florida is one of the best beaches that I have ever seen. I recently returned again because it is so pleasant with ample parking. Unlike some other beaches they have terrific public restrooms:
The parking lots are in close proximity to Clearwater Beach Florida. For parking I highly suggest that if you plan to visit Clearwater Beach Florida to arrive before 10 a.m.
Typically parking seems to fill up quickly after that. For example I visited Sarasota's Siesta Key and wow... parking was not as good. It was challenging.
Along Clearwater Beach Florida they have installed new showers with turtles.
Can you see the honu (i.e. the turtle)???

As you can see it is very family friendly :)

Some people have asked me how things are in New Port Richey, Florida and want to know about some local stores in the area. There are many stores many that are familiar.
One thing that is unique about New Port Richey, Florida is that we have a Dollar General Mart.

Salon.com featured a recent article called, "The Almighty Dollar (Store)Dollar General. The retailer that figured out how to beat the recession." You can read it here.
This Dollar General Mart offers some groceries which is significantly different from other Dollar Generals. It is located in Pasco Square at 7241 State Road 54 (SR54) in New Port Richey:
Another view:
You can find apples there for about 99 cents per pound which isn't that bad considering that elsewhere they sell apples for about $1.49 per pound. I shop there regularly and usually buy some apples while I'm there :)
Whenever I shop there I try to drop off some donations at the Goodwill truck that is parked in the parking lot near CVS. They accept donations except they ask that you drop off furniture and other large items at one of their stores or call to have them picked up by Goodwill.
There is a Dollar Tree and a UPS store there as well.
I hope this helps.
