It is the original quaint neighborhood consisting of colorful Florida cottages tucked away along scenic Hwy 30A in Seagrove Beach, FL. Florida's Grove by the Sea- click here to see Lana's Grove by the Sea detail page
Most owners bike or walk to the beach access on the high dune overlooking the emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico. There are covenants and restrictions and architectural guidelines to protect the design integrity and home values. It is located 1/2 east of Seaside and Watercolor. Take a leisurely bike ride to the shops and restaurants and seasonal outdoor concerts in both Seaside and Watercolor. This subdivision originated in 1995 and was developers from Cullman, and Birmingham, AL. Four of the nicest guys you you ever want to meet.
It was developed in phases. As sole listing agent for the community Lana watched Grove by the Sea grow up from the ground up. The idea was unique and the location was somewhat off the beaten path. By time the third phase was developed we had a waiting list of people wanting to buy. Many since have tried to copy the Grove. As they say imitation is the highest form of flattery.
There are currently several homes and one lot for sale in this popular community. Come be a part of some of the good stuff 30A and the Beaches of South Walton have to offer.

Hey Lana!
We are sooooo happy with our investment. You really helped us make a dream come true!!! The house has been 100% booked for summer. Dune Allen Realty is already pushing a rate increase too! Next year we will have to reserve a week so we get to go -- I miss my house! We have decided to come to the beach as much as we can this year instead of going to Alabama football games (which is a HUGE change for us) -- you can't beat the beach in the Fall!!
I hope you are having a great summer too! Maybe we can get Mike to check out some other listings this Fall when we are down there. By the way, do you have a Facebook page for your work. I would love to recommend you to my personal friends and link you to Allen's Dune's Facebook page. Or if you have a link to your page on your real estate company's website, I can put that on my page. I have recommended you to a few friends but not sure if they are really serious about buying. I think the fact that Mike and I could pull off buying a beach house, that has piqued the interest of several friends who didn't think it would be possible. We've told them NOW is the time to buy!
I've probably already sent this to you, but here is our youtube clip which shows some of the updates we've made. We are planning to add a small kind of cattie-cornered deck to the south side of the house that will be angled to face the view...I am also trying to talk Mike into enclosing the outdoor shower like at the Procter House.
