I have to say that our company has embraced technology to the fullest! Mostly through the use of online applications for property management, sales/lead tracking, and call management. Through the use of all this technology I really feel like I can leverage my time to the "N-th" degree. Actually, I can't even think of being in this business without the platforms put into place.

I have heard of some other property management companies still using a typewriter! Anyway, nothing against that as sometimes it would seem that a typewriter would be easier (for one or two tasks).

Embrace technology in your respective specialty as you will be glad you did!

I would like to let everyone know that Landmark Property Management (www.landmarkrents.com) has switched focus from single family homes to condos and lofts in the downtown Kansas City area. Landmark is still happy to take on single family homes, but there is still plenty of business to prospect among this niche.
