Hagley Museum and Library Wilmington Delaware is one interesting place to visit.
This site was the largest gun powder manufacturer in the country during the 1800s. There are over 120 patent models on site and plenty to do with the family. You will see how gunpowder was made back then using the Brandywine River for power. To see a video of the Hagley Museum click below.

Delcom Computer & Second Source Business Review

From time to time you need work done on your computer because something strange happens like a virus or worm. Alerts start popping up, you run slow or it just freezes on you. Where do you take it to get looked at? Who do you trust?
I pass by the big box stores and go straight to Second Source and have Jim and Frank take a look at it. These guys do a great job and their prices are fair.
They also carry external disc drives and other stuff you need for your computer.
One of the things that makes them unique is they sell pre owned computers at a BIG discount.
If you have a question give them a call at 302-369-6250 or 1-800-8-DELCOM or visit them in the Newark Shopping Center Just down from the movie theater.

Valero Energy just had a press release that said the company is in advanced negotiations to sell the closed refinery to PBF Investments. The refinery only closed its doors a short time ago but the layoff of over 500 people has had a effect on the local area. A new ower may bring back much needed jobs to Delaware.
