Boeing's machinists could see 9% over three years if the current negotiations are settled. The union turned down the latest draft according to AP, but the current contract expires 9/3 and Boeing expects to have a best and final offer on the table by then. About 1800 Wichita Boeing employees are represented by the union. The employees have not had a raise since 2004. Wichita real estate is always impacted by the state of affairs of aerospace business.
