Working With Investors. As of this writing I own 11 properties. My home, 9 residential rental properties and 1 commercial building that our office is located in. Working with investors is a profitable and enjoyable part of my business. Two of my close friends are also investors. I have helped on of them purchase approxiametely 20 properties and the other about 12.
