Hi- I saw this article in the Review Journal today. It was about real estate auctions and if they are a good place to buy foreclosures. I think the best way to buy a home is to use a real estate agent's services. Don't you agree.

It is unbelievable how the prices have come down from a year ago. You can buy homes $100,000-$150,000 less than a year ago. There are some great deals out there. Investors should buy the homes priced under $250,000-$275,000, rent them out and wait 3-5 years for the prices to go back up. There are so many bank foreclosures.

Also, the prices of high rises have come down. I love the building, Sky Las Vegas. It is the only residential high rise with a Las Vegas blvd address.....City Center will be the other one-not till 2010 and much more expensive.

One bedroom units start at $325,000 and 2 bedroom units start at $499,000. Fantastic location with wonderful building ammenities-beautiful pool area, fitness center, separate male and female saunas and stream room, business center, 24 hour guard gate, valet parking, concierge, etc.

Hi- this is my first blg...I am going over to Trump Tower today to take some pictures for a client. He wants to see the view form the unit. I was there last week. The building is simply beautiful-looks top rate. The lobby is spectacular-marble floors, gold finishes, restaurant and bar. The units are furnished really nice with flat screen tvs, nice kitchens, beautiful bathrooms-I like the shower-double shower heads and jacuzzi tub-even a flat screen in the mirror. The fitness center and pool and spa services are great. Mr. Trump has really put together a nice product. The location of the building is great- near all the great hotels-Wynn, Venetian, Palazzo and also the wonderful Fashion Show Mall.

There are some great deals right now there. Some of the owners who are in contract do not want to close on their units. You can get these for less than what they are in contract for. Their loss, your gain.

You can buy these to use as a vacation home and also put them into the rental program with Trump to offset your costs.
