As I keep saying, now is the time to buy real estate here in Las Vegas.

This is a great buying opportunity. Prices have come down to where it is now becoming a good investment. There are many great bank repos in good areas that are priced $100,000 or more below last year's prices. Buy now and waut 3-5 years and you should be sitting pretty.

There are many nice homes under $250,000 for sale. These would make wonderful places to live in or would make great rental investments.

The need to be positive and upbeat

I am not a very religious person but I always enjoy his uplifting messages. It gets me going for the day just like the positive blogs I read on Active rain.
