High rise buildings are becoming popular here in Las Vegas. I was watching House Hunters last night on HGTV and they had a program on buying a high rise condo. These two guys were looking to buy a vacation home here. They were from California. The real estate agent showed them 3 condos and they eventually picked this loft style development. This show was probably taped 6 months ago. Boy, how prices have come down from then.

There are such great deals right now. I see price reductions every day in the Multiple Listing Service. Now is the time to buy here. Youi can get a one bedroom at one of the high rises for $300,000 and two bedrooms starting around $550,000. Imagine having a place right on the Las Vegas strip, among all the great hotels and attractions.
