I recently read an article in the Las Vegas Business Press that spoke about how foreign investors are flocking to Las Vegas to purchase massive amounts of Real Estate because of the weak dollar. It is nothing new for international investors to invest here in Las Vegas but what is new is the pace at which they are doing so and the amount of capital they are investing. Billions upon billions of dollars are being invested by International investors who have the opportunity to take advantage of the weak dollar, and who in their right mind wouldn't if they could. "With the U.S. dollar weakening against foreign currencies, international investors are snapping up many of the Strip's high-priced condos, as well."(LV Business Press) The Las Vegas Condo market has appealed to many foreign interest around the world for several years now. The National Association of Realtors reported that one in five Realtors has sold a home to a foreign buyer in the past year. This is staggering and great for our High rise Condo market because the main stream media is now forced to report on the tremendous success that we have seen despite the horrible housing market, foreclosure crisis, and development cancellations. I believe we are just getting started and will continue to see more and more affluent International buyers purchase our Luxury High Rise Condos. Many people believe that just because the mainstream media choses to report on the horrific housing market and it's current condition that there is no opportunity to make money in any Real Estate market. I am here to say there is plenty of money out there to be made especially in the High rise condo market which has an average price per square foot of $720* as of right not. People have heard stories of huge gains in the NEW Vertical residential market here in Las Vegas and will continue to hear similar ones in the very near future. This is a perfect example of people in high places bull shitting the American people when they are asked a simple question. Some call it politics and some don't know what to make of it. I feel it is a bunch of bull shit. Ron Paul asked Mr. Bernake a simple question and instead of answering it out right he decides to give us a history lesson that is not accurate. America please wake up before we loose our country all together to the special interests who currently and have been for a while holding all the cards. Investigate our monetary system and become educated on the markets so that you will be able to tell a pile of shit from the truth.

Over the last 4 years i have watched the NEW High rise market that has hit the scene here in Las Vegas grow at an unbelievable rate. Some projects have canceled and some have had extreme success. There have been some developers who couldn't make it out here for one reason or another but Trump has accomplished half of his vision with out any problems other that not being able to build his tower as tall as he would have liked. Donal Trump is an amazing developer and his first tower which will have a sister tower very soon is now the talk of the town and perhaps the country. Trump waited patiently and observed the market with the careful eye he has. The Donald made his move when the timing couldn't have been more perfect for him and as a result he now has the most desired property in Las Vegas. As i mentioned i have been watching the market for 4 years now and Mr. Trumps development has gone up with out a flaw and in record breaking time. Some have doubted the NEW High rise market here but they truly don't understand or want to believe the tremendous impact that it has actually had. For example City Center has sold a record breaking penthouse at $1492 a square foot which in turn boosted the median price of a single family home by $5000. This is was amazing because despite all of the trouble our single family housing market is going through this one unbelievable sale had that much of an impact in our current market conditions. The truth is we are just getting started and for those who buy in now they can expect to gain substantially. Those who would like to buy need to be represented properly by a true professional who understands the market and knows were we are headed.
