My expertise defintely lies in the purchase market. The bulk of my business is purchase business. I work with first time homebuyers, less than perfect credit and investors to making owning a new home a reality. I also do most property types, single family, multi-unit, apartment buildings, manufactured homes, condos and even commercial properites. I even have a jumbo-niche product with very aggressive rates for the jumbo borrower. I work with over 50 different lenders across the country, which makes me able to shop around for the best possible deal for my customer.
