I love the beach! I love walking on the beach. I love picking shells. I love avoiding turtles and jellyfish. I feel blessed when I find a perfect sand dollar. I love getting rolled up jeans wet. I become much younger, than my years, when I'm surfing the waves.
Are you ready to live close to the sea?
Let me help! It will be a gift I'm ready to help you unwrap!
I love this story! Lake Moultrie just made history and this family will be passing this story down the line forever. This isn't about the one that got away... oh no and the photo proves it. Talk about a big ole fish frying party! I'd need a new fridge/freezer and whole bunch of great inspiring recipes to get through this fish...

Two fishermen say they caught a 138-pound catfish in Lake Moultrie in Cross.

A biologist is expected to look at the fish which may be a state record. According to the South Carolina Department of Natural Resources' website, the largest catfish ever caught in SC weighed in at just over 109. The massive blue catfish was caught in 1991.
The average size of a blue catfish is 3 to 40 pounds, according to DNR.
In April 2009, Mark Bollenberg of Bonneau Beach hauled in a monster Arkansas blue catfish that weighed in at 108.9 pounds. According to the Berkeley Independent newspaper, the fish was caught in the Tail Race Canal in Moncks Corner.
According to TotalProSports.com, the largest catfish ever caught was reeled in by fishermen in northern Thailand on May 1, 2005. The fish weighed in at 646 pounds and measured 9-feet long.
Scientists believe that fish may be the largest freshwater fish ever recorded.

So... your out of town client is nervous about the community you think might meet their needs/wants list BUT you know you've found them the PERFECT home...
What to do? What to do?
Show them the closest grocery store!
Seriously! The closest grocery store is full of their "possible to be" near and dear closest peeps.
If they walk around the grocery store, love what is on the shelves and feel comfortable, happy, and at home... it is a very good sign that this is the location for them.
