Do your price reductions compare to Walmart's Rollbacks?

rollback

I'm not quite sure that this would make me put extra Fritos in my buggie.

I'm also pretty sure I would not be bummed if I have bought Fritos yesterday for 2 cents more.

Please know, as an agent, I want to get you the most amount of money, in the least amount of time, with the least amount of problems as possible. This is why I spend so much time talking with you about pricing and days on market BEFORE I list your home.

You see changing your price 2 thousand dollars 6 weeks after listing is as silly as changing it 2 cents.

Price it right from the beginning and your buyer will come!

Please let me know if you have any questions.

I'd love to discuss the market with you.

When that food truck fare gets in their angry little bellies,
the kids will forget you told them you were taking them to a
rodeo but with (likely) no clowns or horses.
