Happy New Year! Wow, business was really busy towards the end of the year and 2012 has started off with a bang! Selling Las Vegas Strip Condos really is something! I get to see beautiful units daily and some of the deals in the Las Vegas High Rise market are INCREDIBLE!! Depsite what the media says about Las Vegas Real Estate, they don't have their ear to the ground like we do. The market is brisk and inventory levels are quite low. A lot of the Las Vegas High Rise Foreclosures and Las Vegas High Rise Short Sales have been absorbed, and if one or two come on the market here and there, expect there to be multiple offers. However, we are seeing more traditional sales which are still price competitive and are often times easier to deal with. We just listed a GORGEOUS unit in Panorama Towers on the 8th floor for $349,000. It is a corner unit - 1582 sq.ft 2 BR/2BA with floor to ceiling glass, dual balconies and sweeping wraparound views. These units use to be priced at $800,000 and up! What a DEAL! Did you know Panorama Towers is a 5 minute walk across the Harmon overpass to CityCenter, AND that they have car service for the residents in addition to all the other wonderful amenities?!

What makes it easier for both me and the clients is when we speak over the phone and/or communicate over e-mail PRIOR to viewing so that our day is productive and spent looking at units that have serious potential as opposed to aimlessly viewing units for the sake of just looking.
