Where do I find a list of VA required repairs & non-allowables

Recently, I was told by a Realtor of 30 years experience who is representing the Buyer on one of my listings, that VA required a Lead Based Paint Disclosure on my Sellers home that was built in 1979 and that VA would require that the septic to be drained (I know the septic had to be inspected), but drained as well!? I did call one of my Lenders & he inquired with a VA apprasier and the apprasier said he never heard of that.

I have searched and can not find a list of items that VA requires on repairs or what VA requires the Seller to pay for the Buyer... any help out there?

Thanks,

San Antonio Riverwalk

San Antonio's high rating as top places to live can be attributed to current and projected future growth in population, tourism and a business friendly environment. San Antonio's military presence has been established over years and will only become stronger with new growth, presently at Fort Sam Houston, scheduled to be completed in 2011. It is expected to increase 4,000 new personnel, 5,500 new families to the area and support 46,000 new construction jobs during the construction phase.
