Eldorado Country Club in Indian Wells is a private member-owned country club recently celebrating 50 years of offering its members exceptional golf, world class facilities and recreation.
The cottages at Eldorado, a guard gated community, are individually owned by members and accommodations are available only to
members and their sponsored guests. Each cottage, is designed for individual room occupancy or as a suite of rooms. Each room has a private entrance, bath and dressing room. Along with being surrounded by beautiful landscaping, the cottages are only a short distance from the Clubhouse, Snack Bar, Fitness Center and Golf
Course. Cottage guests have the use of the facilities at Eldorado, including the two swimming pools, tennis, golf and dining privileges. Pets are not permitted in the rental cottages. In addition to the Cottages, there are custom designed homes in the Eldorado Country Club.

DESERT HORIZONS COUNTRY CLUB in Indian Wells is a traditional equity club that is private and limited
to only 250 Full Golf Memberships. In addition to Full Golf Memberships, the club currently offers several membership variations including the opportunity to try the club for a one year period under a special program/trial membership. Desert Horizons construction began in the early 1980s and was completed 10 years later.
There are a total of 510 duplex-style condominiums and single family residences in Desert Horizons. Of these, there are 288 duplexes divided among 23 floor plans ranging in size from 2,365 to 3.640 square feet. In addition, there are 200 single family or "free standing" homes and only 22 fairway estate custom homes. The common area amenities include 20 swimming pools/spas, although many of the homes have private pools and spas.
Social Memberships are also offered to interested parties who would like the social interaction of dining with members and using the tennis and fitness center. A limited amount of golf is also available to Social Members. All new homeowners within the Desert Horizons Country Club community are entitled to a Social Membership. Residency in Desert Horizons Country Club community is not required to be eligible for Membership. Nearly 40% of the members have been with the club for over 10 years, according to the membership director.
The golf course was designed by Ted Robinson and features beautifully landscaped wide fairways, eleven lakes with decorative waterfalls, and many varieties of palm
trees line the fairways. There are four sets of tees which offer something for every skill level of golfer. As a private club, tee times are plentiful and there is an extensive golf instruction program through a full time on-site professional staff. Member tournaments and special golf events are scheduled throughout the year such as the Men's and Ladies' Club Championships; Weekly Men's and Ladies' Choose-ups; a Mixed Couples Invitational; The Men's Invitational; The Ladies' Invitational, Twilight Golf; the President's Cup Tournament; Men's and Ladies' Guest Days; and Fun Days which feature a variety of entertaining themes for the members..There are five night-lit tennis courts, a new state-of-the-art fitness center and frequent social activities of the members.
