Stoughton Ma Market Update- The Stoughton Real Estate market has had it's challenges in the past year. The year ended with 24 properties sold in the month of December. The First Time Home Buyers opportunities are very strong. There are 29 single family homes under $300,000, 12 Condo's under $185,000 and 6 Multi-Family homes under $350,000. A wide range of properties that easily fit into a first time home buyers budget. The outlook for 2008 I believe is positive. Interest rates remain low and unemployment is considered at full capacity. As the spring market approaches there should be a new wave of inventory priced right and ready to be bought. It should be a win win situation for buyers and sellers. Its a great time to be a buyer and to be ready for just the right deal to come along. Believe me it is already here or just around the corner.
