Clifton Park Halfmoon Public Library

The Clifton Park Halfmoon Public Library is proud to present Parent/Child Library Time.

2 and 3 year olds, accompanied by an adult, are invited to attend a weekly series running through November 23.

For the first 30-35 minutes, children and parents play and interact with others while using age appropriate toys, puzzles, books, and craft materials. The second part of the program will include lively music and movement with your child plus a story or two. Siblings welcome.

Clifton Park, NY Senior Citizens Center

More accurately known as Shenendehowa Senior Citizens, Inc. This organization is located at the Clifton Commons which is known for its soccer, basketball, ice hockey, baseball, and softball fields. I think it is meaningful that this "senior" center chose to be located here. They could have gone anywhere, but decided to be among all the "youth" facilities. They are a very active group of individuals that support a lot of community events and programs. They also support one another with numerous programs. Saratoga County Market Update

I just updated my quarterly market statistics for Saratoga County in upstate NY. Unit sales were off a mere 4.2% from the same quarter last year (far outpacing Q1 and Q2 which were down 28% and 18% respectively). Pricing was down 7.9% versus the prior year and averaged $275,259.
