Certified Commercial Investment Member CCIM. This is the most respected professional designation for brokers in investment real estate. The designation is earned by the completion of a series of graduate level courses, the documentation of closed investment property sales and the passing of a comprehensive examination. I have been a CCIM since 1985 and I am the only CCIM on Long Beach Island. My investment analysis training is a powerful tool that I use to help buyers recognize the long term benefits of duplex investments on LBI.

Certified Property Manager CPM. The CPM designation is earned by the completion of a series of courses, the management of a large portfolio of investment properties over a minimum five year period and the submission of a Long Range Management Plan for investment property. I have been a CPM since 1987 and I am the only CPM on Long Beach Island. My management experience is a tool that I use to help buyers understand rental property management.

I am the editor and publisher of The LBI Duplex Letter, a monthly publication dedicated to the analysis of the LBI duplex market. The LBI Duplex Letter is widely distributed to duplex owners and buyers. It is available by mail and also by e-mail.

I have been a broker-salesperson with RE/MAX since 1995. In my career, I have sold tens of millions of dollars worth of investment property. As the only agent on LBI who specializes in the sale of duplexes, I sell over ten times as many duplexes as the average agent on LBI.

I have been Broker of Record and Director of Asset Management for DKM Properties Corp., a large Lawrenceville based regional developer. I was responsible for lease and sale negotiations on a 4.4 million square foot portfolio of income producing properties throughout New Jersey.

I was qualifying broker for New Mexico-Pacific Real Estate located in Albuquerque New Mexico. In this position, I negotiated the sales of properties as varied as a 300 year old hacienda on 2,800 acres in Abiqiu, New Mexico and an oceanfront subdivision in Kauai, Hawaii.

I founded Sunbelt Realty Services, a full service real estate company with investment clients throughout the western US and a property portfolio, including 3,000 apartment units and 14 office buildings, in Albuquerque and Santa Fe, New Mexico.

I frequently attend marketing, legal, tax and financial seminars to stay current on issues affecting investment real estate. (over 45 seminars attended to upgrade my knowledge since 1976)

I have been appointed Receiver by both Federal and State courts to manage investment properties in foreclosure.
