As we know, Historicaly there has never been a better time to buy with one of the best "home affordability" periods Ever. Yet the market is slower than"this time of year" slowdown. Whether you believe the buyers are waiting for the '4.5%' rates, or they are insecure about the market, or they are waiting for the new administration,etc. Times is wasting away. We need to get the word out and get it repeated by the buyers to eachother. We cannot rely on the NAR, OAR or company campaigns- although they can re-inforce peoples conversations, but if we rely on those alone-no one will believe them because "of course THEY would say that". No, it has to be word of mouth, it has to seemingly come from the buyers themselves, it has to be conversation about a great opportunity, about opportunity slipping away, Time sensitive, urgent. The message must be simple, practical, true and repeatable. Match up with things that they already have some belief about-so that it resonates.
