The interest rates are VERY LOW and in another year they will be higher and who knows how high!! GET OUT AND BUY!
The newest release of the Homeowner Affordability and Stability Plan is good for many Americans and I am grateful for the help it provides those that can take advantage, BUT that is not enough!! At this point, with all of the waiting, my hopes and thoughts of the housing stimulus getting better has been dampened and I think NOW IS THE TIME TO BUY for those that are sitting on the sidelines just waiting!
