It's been an interesting year in Real Estate. We have had a wonderful market for several years runninig. Business has been good. New relationships have been made, and new friends aquired. Now that we have found ourselves in a down market I want you to remember we are blessed. With each friend and each relationship there is gold in the mix. Not only as a sphere of influence to get referrals from, but as people to love, and share your life, thoughts, and feelings with. These people will be the hand to hold if/when things get tough. They will stand in the gap. They are learning tools with wisdom and strengths that we don't have ourselves. Stay in touch with them. Looking forward to 2009!

I've lived in Katy Texas since 1981 and have raised 3 children that have all graduated from the Katy School District, and am now a grandmother of two. Before becoming a realtor I worked in Special Education for 10 years. I have a heart for at risk kids and have gone into mentoring at the secondary schools in Katy in the Keys program. I have strived to continue to enhance my education in Real Estate to be able to give the hightest and best level of service to the clients that I work with. I know that a home is the largest investment that anyone makes and should be handled and processed with the greatest care and diligence. Based on my experiences from last time I was very skeptical, but I am happy to say that you set to rest all of my fears. When moving to another country, it is very difficult to be able to concentrate on all the issues that are involved with the relocation process - finding suitable housing is a major part of this.
