Professional, Internet-savvy and Friendly

My wife and I had called an agent recommended to us by a friend to help find a home in Brentwood. I had left 3 messages and never heard back from them. I decided to look on the internet for another agent. After searching a dozen sites, I had decided to call Laura Dickenson. Her site was very professional and by her picture, I thought she looked friendly. I called her and left a message. She returned my call within the hour. I told her what we were looking for and that we would be up in the area for a weekend and she made arrangements to spend the weekend with us.
Laura met us at the time we agreed and we set out on our home buying expedition. We looked at numerous houses but hadn't found the one we wanted. On the second day of looking, Laura had gotten wind of a house not yet on the market but had called the owner and convinced her to let us see it. We fell in love with it.
