His dream is alive and well. Tomorrow, January 19, 2009 we will celebrate the life and legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King. I thought it would be appropriate to provide this link to his speech, "I have a dream" It will require that you have Real Audio Player. It's free to download if you don't have it.
I still have a dream that our country will thrive in this next season. My dream is to see men and women, boys and girls go to higher heights and see their dreams come true. I dream that opportunity will be not just for the few but for the many. Dream with me today as we move forward into one of the greatest seasons in our United States of America.
Stay Blessed,

Many of us here are married and have a great passion for business. The question is how do we balance the two. We certainly love our spouse and we part of the reason some of us work so hard is to provide a better way of living for our spouse and family.
Here are a few pointers to keep your spouse happy and make them your biggest fan.
1. Keep your word regarding the commitments you've made to your spouse regarding your personal lives.
2. Keep your word regarding the time you say you're going to commit to your business
3. Be sure to speak highly of your spouse regarding their commitment to you and your business.
4. Be sure to show your spouse affection above and beyond just the effort you're making to make things better financially.
5. Be sure to let your spouse know they are #1.
There are all sorts of things you can do to make sure your business and marriage stays on track. Married folks who are in business have to remember a happy home is better than all the money or success in the world. Do keep in mind though, you can have a happy home along with money and success. That makes for a happier home.
Stay blessed,
Ced
We have all heard of the internet gurus who are supposedly making money on the internet. Is it true? Do you think they are really making all the money they say they are?
On December 12, 2008, "Get The Bar" just launched to the public through as an exclusive opportunity to declare their bid to make Google, AOL, Yahoo, Facebook and Twitter turn their heads. This "Get The Bar" online toolbar really does have some potential. It does seem to be too good to be true though.
Here's my review:
1. Neat toolbar but only compatible with Mozilla Firefox
2. Ads clicked on do pay a small amount of money
3. The financial reward of introducing this toolbar to others is outstanding
4. No confidential info asked for from subscribers
5. The company behind this toolbar is a solid innovative company
6. The viral nature of this monetized toolbar will make serious internet marketers a lot of money
If you would like to see the toolbar for yourself click here
Is your Real Estate business at risk? How many of your clients are at risk?
The right question to ask is, how much is your Real Estate business at risk? Before you risk a red cent, assess your own business with our free Real Estate business risk assessment tool.
This Real Estate Business Risk Assessment tool will generate a Risk Assessment Report based on your response to our basic prompts and questions. These questions do not address every situation or risk. Is is likely that some risks will not be identified and that other risks will not be described in detail sufficient to complete an action plan. It is also possible that misinterpretation of questions will cause an incorrect statement in this report. This Risk Assessment is a PRELIMINARY assessment that should be reviewed with your lawyer and a professional risk management advisor.
Start with the risk that is of most concern to the typical small business owner:
Risk from Breach of Non-Public Information
Click on the “Identity Theft” section of our Business Risk Assessment tool. The system will take you through an interview that lasts maybe 20 minutes. Based on your responses, a written report will identify the key risks faced by your business. Each risk will be described in plain English with suggestions for controlling the risk. The “key risk” section will be followed by a detailed analysis of your business risk – again, based on your responses to the interview.
The Identity Theft section dealing with Customer & Employee information is the most important risk assessment to most small business owners. It is also the most time consuming of the 5 interviews in our Business Risk Assessment. After completing the Identity Theft section, you will want to take time to step through the other risk analysis sections:
1. Labor Risk – keys on wage and hour issues
2. Facilities Risk – keys on safety and accessibility
3. Financial Ratio Risk – suggestions on running your business by the numbers
4. Entity Type Risk – Explains issues related to your choice to Incorporate or form an LLC.
If you need to review the various Federal laws, position your cursor over any section and a tab will activate for each of the major Federal laws related to that section. Click on the tab for the Law, and additional tabs will appear – allowing you to link to the actual text of the Law or to various sites that provide explanation and analysis of the Law.
