The USDA Rural development offers a "direct" loan to those who qualify. Lake Meadows offers new construction homes that meet the requirements for new home construction. A new home must be built in accordance with the International residential Code or alternative approved code and be certified to all local codes. Loan amounts can be made up to 100% of the appraised value, plus you may include the cost of the appraisal and tax service fees.
Applicants in addition to income criteria must have acceptable credit history, have a stable income, have acceptable debt load for income and plan to occupy the dwelling.
