With New Years Day come and gone we all have 2012 resolutions that are slowly fading to the back of our minds…or maybe some of us are keeping up with our 2012 resolutions this year…(and for those of you who are 'Way to go!')

While we all have our personal resolutions we are and hopefully will continue to stick to I would think we all have our career based 2012 resolutions as well!

• A couple things I've done to help stay on track for this goal is to put a reminder in my calendar each week to make sure I'm on track. I've also purchased a number of iTunes gift cards to make it easier to download digital recordings.

Suggestions:

I am a fan of Zig Ziglar. He's interesting to listen to (strong TX accent) and has some great topics that pertain to sales and self motivation.”
