LOUDOUN COUNTY VA YARD MAINTENANCE. Turning a chore into a landscaping adventure.
EVEN THE YARD TRIMMINGS CAN OFFER A BIT OF LANDSCAPING STYLE AND BEAUTY.
Last week was my landscaping chores included trimming back the shrubs and ornamental grasses in preparation for (eeekk, I don't even want to whisper the word, winter). However, I know it had to be done and we got to it.
TURNING YARD TRIMMINGS INTO LANDSCAPING ACCENTS. I love ornamental grasses. They are quite beautiful and decorative with a certain dominating feature, height. They do, however, have to be cut back in the fall so they grow back healthy and strong in the late spring. So, we got to it. Chop, chop.

It was simple to accomplish. We just took the grass trimmings, bundled them and tied them to the fence posts. Yes, the "fence" is decorative too.
Use your imagination and create an oasis in your landscaping. This area is a bulb garden which in the Spring will be full of beautiful Tulips and Daffodils. In the meantime, we still have a lovely scene.

I would like to thank you for connecting my daughter and I with Joyce, a realtor who works with Homefinders. Natasha began looking for a place to purchase after her roommate became engaged and set a September wedding date. Initially, we were simply planning to go out to assess the real estate market, and to see whether Natasha could find a place she liked in her price range.
Joyce came with several suggested locations on the first Saturday we met. Although I had thoroughly researched sales on your website, Joyce's knowledge of the area was invaluable. The condominium unit my daughter finally purchased was one I had passed over. Joyce's intimate knowledge of the community was what led us to the location. We had no intention of settling on a place immediately, but Natasha found exactly what she wanted that first day.
During negotiations and contract preparation, Joyce guided Natasha and assisted in preparation of the offer. She also referred her to a lender which offered excellent financing. The result was that both Natasha and I were exceptionally pleased with all aspects of her purchase experience. It would not have been the same without Joyce in our corner. I felt that she looked out for my daughter as if she was Joyce's own family member. When I mentioned to an associate that Natasha was purchasing her condo, she remarked that she wished her son would also consider buying a home.
