I previewed new homes in northern Loudoun County today for a lovely couple relocating from Massachusetts. The area in which the buyers wish to buy is hot, hot, hot. Ashburn, Aldie and Leesburg in Loudoun County is always popular with home buyers who want an easy commute to jobs in the high tech area in Loudoun or Fairfax County.

I was surprised at the builder traffic. Every builder I visited had prospective buyers touring and some were in their offices writing contract.

Answer:

1. Open areas for grazing. One of the first questions we get about properties for sale is "How much of the land is in pasture?"

2. "How much of the land is fenced?"

3. "What out buildings does the property have and what is the condition?"

4. "What's the house like?" Always interesting is that many buyers seek descriptions of the accommodations for the horses before inquiring about the home for the buyers.
