A "short sale" listing of a home for sale in Leesburg is a property that the owner needs to sell and they owe more to the bank or mortgage company than the prices of homes in the area. The bank has agreed to accept less than the Leesburg home owner owes. Foreclosures also offer opportunities for home buyers.
