From Downtown Boise, I like to head west on State Street to Highway 55, then turn north. Turn, going west on Floating Feather Road, and you're there!
From I84, head north on Eagle Rd. Cross State Street in Eagle and proceed to Floating Feather Rd. Turn east and you'll find it on the north side of the road.

What a difference a year makes! Or not? We all know that the real estate market in most areas of the country has been trending down. Here in Boise, Idaho, we have a couple of areas that have held their value pretty well- and those areas are the North End, and SE Boise.

My husband and I turned to Leslie late last year after another real
estate agent failed to sell our house during the three months we were
under contract. Leslie came highly recommended but we were still amazed
at the service she provided. From the very first day, she exceeded all
of my expectations (and I must admit, we have high expectations!).
She brought in a lot of people and her marketing materials were
excellent. We were especially impressed with the beautiful flyers and
all of the online buzz she was able to get for our property. She is very
Web savvy and that marketing helped a lot. She understands how to use
myriad sources to grab people, and her pictures and writing will put
your house in its best light. I feel like she did an excellent job of
representing why our house was so lovable without embellishing any
details or exaggerating its merits.
In spite of a falling housing market, she brought in more potential
buyers for us in the first week than our initial real estate agents did
during the entire three months-- and that was before the bubble burst!
She didn't waste our time with too many open houses or bringing by
people or real estate agents who weren't serious about buying. Less than
a month after signing on with Leslie, our home had sold and we were
moving out. The price we got was very fair given the economic reality,
and we were so relieved to not be sitting on the market any longer.
Leslie was also such a wonderful advocate and supporter during the
process. We really trusted her and appreciated her advice and support.
We would recommend her highly to anyone trying to sell in this tight
market. You may be surprised at your luck. If I still lived anywhere
near Boise, I would use Leslie for every transaction.
