To this day Leslie Jones remembers the moment in 1973 when she left the University of Alabama behind and headed on her journey to Jacksonville, Florida. After graduating with a degree in Special Education, Leslie believed that every child should have an education and became an educator in the newly expanded Special Education Department of Duval County.

Today, Leslie prides herself in being a pioneer and on the forefront of new adventures. In her mind it is exciting to be an integral part of the growth, development, and revitalization happening all around us.

Refining the Standard Leslie is the type of person who puts all of her energy into producing great results. When she sets her mind to it, sparks fly. There's no two ways about it, if this local businesswoman makes a goal for herself, it will happen. In fact, those closest to Leslie will tell you she is a woman defined by her passion for pushing the standard and going above and beyond even her own experiences.

Leslie's involvement in the community is a perfect example. She walked the streets of Jacksonville's Historic Springfield where residents were afraid to walk out their front doors and asked the residents what they needed. The reply was a safe haven. Today, The Sanctuary on 8th Street does provide that safe haven plus helps to shape the lives of the children in the area. Leslie is proud to have been a founding board member for 14 years.

A Passion for Excellence Where Leslie's go get it attitude really makes it happen is in her career as a real estate professional. In fact, true to her nature, Leslie achieved the Designation of GRI in her first year of real estate which is a designation held only by 30% of realtors. She made herself an expert on historic properties and trained other realtors. When the International Luxury Society was founded, she was there to become a founding member and markets condos and luxury properties around the world. Leslie is proof positive that when you do what you love, people love what you do. Leslie's inherent drive to give her all in every endeavor is perhaps most apparent when she is working with her clients during one of life's biggest investments: buying or selling a home.
