Yesterday I had the worse night of my Loan signing life! I happen to accept a signing from this company. It was a local signing so I figure it won't take me that long. WRONG! The lady from the broker company keeps calling the borrower every 15 minutes asking if everything was okay, etc...finally after couple interruptions it was time for me to do my job; thinking, ohwell, she just did my job easier.... WRONG again! the borrowers were more confuse than ever! The good thing is that they were doing a refi and had the 3 days recession notice (otherwise I guess I would it stay forever).
I guess she wanted to make sure everything went okay (to me looks more like she just wanted to get paid)
My question to all of you; How do you handle a very new client for you (the lady from the Broker firm) in front of the borrowers?
My goal is to provide outstanding customer service and assure that each aspect of the transaction is handled in the most professional manner possible. Fluent in Spanish
