The devil is in the details and I am obsessed with organization. As a Realtor these character traits serve my clients well. Every listing must glisten with it's own uniqueness before it goes on the market. If that I have to roll up my slevesand mop a floor, then I do. I have handled multi-million-dollar acre ranches in the hills and tiny precious homes in the flats. When I represent buyers, I do so with the most discriminating eye. I refuse to waste the time of my clients

I have a deep seed appreciation for open space and cozy communities.

I wake up every morning determined to change the world and I plan to enjoy myself while I am doing it. Real Estate is my satisfaction tractor. I feel blessed to be able to climb aboard every day and do something I Love!

I cannot thank Libby enough for all she did for me regarding the sale of my dear friend Smitty's home. Smitty had been fighting Alzheimer's for quite some time, and after breaking a hip we lost him in March of 2006.

After his passing, we were left with the matters of settling his estate. When we made the decision to sell, I felt Libby was the best person to handle this difficult situation.

Libby took charge of all the matters at hand and kept me in the loop with each step of the way. She coordinated the inspection reports, obtained quotes for repairs, and took a fine toothcomb to the house in the preparation for the sale, and made sure they delivered on time. Libby put together a cost effective fix-up plan involving essential repairs, cleaning, repainting, staging and new landscaping. Her knowledge of service vendors, with reasonable prices and quality work, was extremely helpful. She advised us of the work we should do, and what we should leave for the buyers.

Libby personally spent many hours supervising the work, staging the house and installing the landscaping with her own hands.

Libby marketed the property aggressively, holding numerous agent tours and open houses, even after the house was in contract. The house needed to be sold in 60 days and we closed the escrow in 45 days. We are very happy with the job Libby did and we would highly recommend her to anyone selling a home on the Peninsula.
