About Us:

I'm Lisa Harkson and I would like to offer you my experience and extensive knowledge of this lovely area. I specialize in all aspects of residential real estate and serve most of Ventura County, which includes Oxnard, Ventura, Port Hueneme and Camarillo.

Just a little about myself, I've resided in Ventura County for 29 years and have represented hundreds of buyers and sellers in all price ranges. I am a full time, experienced, professional Realtor with a flair for knowing what my client's wants and needs are.

A top producer and a member of the RE/MAX 100% Club and Executive Club, my strong negotiating skills and extensive marketing plans have contributed to my success as a REALTOR, but far more, my ongoing clients and referrals. I am an e-PRO Certified Internet Professional, which basically means I am a leader in the practice of online real estate when selling or buying real estate. I have acquired the Green Property Advisor (GPA) designation which will assist my clients who are interested in environmentally friendly homes. I have also completed the Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource designation (SFR) which will help assist distressed sellers in our current economy. My skills will be your best asset when looking for a new home or selling your current home.

I have always believed that real estate is more than a business. It is people. People who entrust us to advise and work with them on one of their most important decisions and purchases. That is why I walk my clients through every step of every transaction and keep close attention to every detail. Lisa, I just want to say that I appreciate all that you have done to make the sale of my townhouse a reality. After the scores of emails that we sent back and forth and the many phone calls, you accomplished your promise to me that you would sell my townhouse!

Lisa Harkson is wonderful to work with. When we first came to her we lived 30 minutes away and worked long hours. Lisa was willing to meet us in the evenings, which made the experience less stressful. When we were looking to buy our home the housing market was going through the roof. Lisa would call or send emails the minute a listing came up that fit what we wanted. Because of her diligence we were able to find the perfect home and bid on it before most others could have a chance.

Lisa representing us, as a buyer was such a great experience that we called her when we were relocating out of the area and ready to sell our home.
