I've been saying for months that I'm going to journal my daily experiences when showing, selling, closing houses and the like. Some of the things I experience and see are unbelieveable -- of course you have to be careful of "fish" stories, if you know what I mean! I love the group on AR - Diary of a REALTOR and I encourage each of you to journal your experiences. Who knows, we could be authors of funny and amazing books one day! Keep track of all of it -- makes your kids laugh if nothing else!

Having grown up in the Upstate, I am familiar with our local communities, school districts, and social and recreational facilities. Assisting you with buying or selling in either Greenville or Spartanburg County is my specialty. I am married to a custom builder, so I am very familiar with new construction homes of all scales - as well as the resale market in both counties.

As a former real estate paralegal, my real expertise is getting your home closed after contract acceptance. Whether you are a buyer or seller client of mine, I will guide you through the "contract to close" process with ease and explaining all steps so that you're also familiar and comfortable with each.
