It seems that 2008 is coming to a close quickly! I have completed my first year with Adcock & Associates Real Estate & Auction & it has been a GREAT one! Our sales staff has had a wonderful year & we can't wait to see what 2009 brings. This company has been in real estate since 1976 & has served Lee, Chatham, & Harnett counties. I am proud to announce that Jean & I have decided to now add Randolph county to the list. I was born & lived there for nearly 33 years of my life & I still have family there. We are also proud to announce that we are the agents for the new Living Well Community in Franklinville. As you all know "GREEN" is becoming the new wave & we have decided to jump on board with Walk Softly, LLC in hopes of getting this new adventure off the ground & running. We have several lots that are ready to go & have high expectations for this great piece of property which will feature a new conference center. For those of you that would like to know more, I have the layout of the plan & we would love to work with each & every one of you. The unveiling of the new Lee County 2nd century was tonight at the depot in downtown Sanford. I have never been a part of something so special. Four Oaks Bank sponsored the event & The Band Of Oz played their hearts out for everybody! I am very proud to be a part of this great town. I would like to say a big "Thank You" to Four Oaks Bank & many others who made tonight such a great success!! A good time was had by all!!
