My little guy has no fear and tired out all of us adults long before he ever tired.

Monday, August 11, 2008 begins our new Calendar year for the 2008-2009 school year. Students will report to their scheduled school for a short 2 hour day. The purpose is for students to become reacquainted with the school, it's rules, code of conduct, dress codes if applicable, meet their teachers and receive their schedules for this new school year.
On Tuesday, August 12, 2008 students will be off from school. This is the day that only the faculty and staff report to school. This allows the Teachers and Staff time to organize and make any special conditions or arrangements for their students to help them achieve all of their learning goals throughout the school year.
Wednesday, August 13, 2008 the Students, Faculty and Staff will all report to School and follow it's regular 200-2009 School Calendar.
Cumberland County Schools - The TN Education Improvement Act of 1992 established accountability for public schools in our state and has required the Dpt of Education to produce a Report Card for the public to assess every year. Born and raised in Poughkeepsie and Kingston, New York I became a Florida resident at age 16 in 1989. From Orlando, Florida all the way down to Miami, Florida I cannot get enough of the beaches, attractions, family and friends. In 2004 after Hurricane Frances and Jeanne my family and I relocated to Crossville, Tennessee. A place we called home for five years. Being in Tennessee it taught us a different way of life, it taught me especially how to get back to basics, the things that really matter in life: to love and trust unconditionally and where in many cases a " hand shake " can still be someones word. I loved practicing Real Estate throughout the hills of Tennessee. The beauty it held was a picture perfect site. From mountains to streams, the colors of fall, the purity of our white winters, Tennessee surely had it all.
Although I love Tennessee, it was time for my family to come back home to Port Saint Lucie, Florida. I am grateful for the time spent and knowledge acquired in Tennessee. But like many things, all good things must come to an end. One chapter of your life must always close to create a new and exciting one...
