About Me:

EXPERIENCE As a realtor, I started working on Sanibel Island, Florida in 1979 to 1983 selling interval ownership in Casa Ybel, South Seas Plantation and other resorts. In 1986 we moved to New Jersey and I started working as a realtor on Long Beach island in 1994 to the present time.

EDUCATION I received my Associate of Arts Degree from University of South Florida in Tampa, FL in 1972. I have my Broker/Salesperson license GRI ( Graduate of Realtor Institute ) and ABR ( Accredited Buyer Representative ) designations from the State of New Jersey. I am at the present time receiving education to receive my CRS ( Certified Residential Specialist ) designation within the next month.

PROFESSIONAL AFFILIATIONS I am a member of the council of Residential Specialists and periodically take extensive courses on listing strategies, effective buyer sales strategies, business planning and marketing.

HOBBIES I love swimming, boating, fishing, sailing and surfing. I was raised by the beaches and water in sunny Southwest Florida and from there relocated to sunny Long Beach Island
