North Park is located north/east of Balboa park. It boasts eclectic restaurants and cafés, hip bars and nightclubs and art galleries along Ray Street. Some of the finest collection of early 20th century homes can be found here.

Home Prices in South Park San Diego for the Past 10 Years
South Park is a charming community with quaint café's and pubs within walking distance from most homes. Homes here were built primarily between the early 1900's to the late 1930"s with the Craftsman style dominating the area.
Residents here are passionate about the Craftsman era. You will find many homes designed by Craftsman Master David Owen Dryden.
Every wonder what those pink lined sidewalks were for? Those sidewalks let you know that you have entered Burlingame, a smaller community within South Park. In 2002 Burlingame became a Historic District.
Kensington is an upscale enclave in the mid-city region of San Diego. Many street names in the community have English origins. It is an architecturally diverse community with homes designed by Master Architects like Richard Requa and Cliff May. Homes here are generally in the Spanish Revival style which was popular in San Diego in the late 1920's when much of Kensington was built, but one can also find Craftsman, California Mission Revival, Storybook and other styles scattered throughout.
