All we seem to hear today is doom and gloom. I prefer to take the glass half full approach to life. I know there are home owners out there struggling.
Todays Real Estate Market is booming. The prices are terrific if you are in the market for a home. There are opporuntities for first time home buyers. Cities offer incentives for first time home buyers as well as low income families. The government gives the first time home buyer a tax credit.
