Some background info

Certifications and qualifaications are extremeley important when searching for a realtor, however it is also very important to connect with someone on a personal note. So here are a few facts about me. Raised in Montana. There are seven children total with two sets of parents. This up bringing made me understand early in life that working independatly and as a team, both have their rewards. In m yearly 20's I moved to Utah. Still spending my summers in Montana working for a raft company and back to Utah for the winter ski season. Married at 30 and moved to Montana full time. I persued a career as a grain inspcector for a private company and stayed there for 10 years. I advanced rapidly and was at the top of my game. My husband went full time in construction. Some 10 years later Jim came home and said "lets go somewhere where it isn't so cold." Since my career was as far as it could take me I said why not. After months of research we chose Idaho. We moved here early spring of 2005 and have not looked back. The west is my lifestyle and Idaho is where I choose to call home. I love this business and I continue to educate myself on a yearly basis with core classes and electives. I can tell you that I will give you 100% of everything that I have available to me and will work with the highest integrity and ethics to insure your good name and values along with mine.

My transactions in this business have been just about equally split between buyers and sellers. On the buyers side the majority of my transactions have been with folks who are moving to Idaho, or they are first time home buyers. With-in these paramaters have been new construction to fixer-uppers. From $85,000 with a 10 day close to $400,000 working with clients for over one year. On the selling side I have worked with builders on new construction and home owners who are ready to up-grade, down size, and/or re-locate. Due to the nature of this business and the territory of the valley I choose to live in Meridian which gives me access to many area's. With evrey client I spend endless hours researching their needs and wants to find the perfect place. I will give %100 because I will expect the same in return from the folks I do business with.
