Ohio Housing Finance Agency brings back 2.5% downpayment assistance program for first time buyers meeting income guidelines. This will help more borrowers purchase homes using FHA financing. They still need 1% of the downpayment- can be a gift & the seller can contribute up to 6% of sale price to pay buyers closing costs, points & prepaids.
