There is a first for everything, i.e., the first breath we take... the last breath we take... our first kiss... our last kiss.... even the last is a first.  As I ramp up for a good season of listing and selling real estate in my new location... With that in mind what should you do? Talk to a Realtor. Find out what is going on in your area, for instance, here in Okanogan County you would find things have slowed during the winter months, as they always do... but you would also find that there are buyers out there... looking for good deals. There are also sellers, ready, willing and able to make deals. You would also find that many people are now finding ways to deal with each other, without the help of your Giant lenders, who seem a little tight fisted, to say the least. This is good... it's good for our local economy... it's good for you and it's good for me.
